Yes, you can get a custom design made on our existing shapes of mugs and other eramic products. For an entirely new shape you have to place order of at least 10 pieces

If your order gets damaged during transit, we take full responsibility and send another one however we require an unpacking video as proof and order no to proceed. In case you do not like what you ordered you can get it exchanged but shipping from both sides will be covered by the customer. Product in exchange will be sent once we receive the initial product back safe and undamaged.
