  • Broken Items: We will replace any items that arrive broken. It's highly recommended to record yourself opening the parcel you receive from TCS for documentation. This is vital for us to initiate a claim with the delivery service provider and will be required for us to process your replacement.
  • Handcrafted Charm: These mugs wear their handmade character proudly in the form of occasional crazing, a subtle textural effect in the glaze that emphasizes their unique beauty. This is expected and not a defect.
  • Photography Is Done on Only 1-2 Products: The products you receive will differ slightly from the pictures because of minor changes in color shade, shape and size. This is expected and not a basis for defect. Please make sure you agree with this term before placing an order.
  • Order from Stockists: Items from Pastel Jade, bought from a third party stockist, or any pop-up market are non-returnable and non-refundable. Our terms and conditions only apply to orders placed on the website.
  • Care with Confidence: While oven and dishwasher safe, handwashing is always recommended for longevity. Avoid overheating for extended periods. Crazing naturally deepens with washing, adding to the mug's rustic charm.
