Return & Refund Policy – The Pastel Jade

We create customized, handmade pieces with care. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.


Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange pieces you don’t love for another design.
  • Customer is responsible for all delivery charges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for design preferences.

Returns – Manufacturing Defects

  • You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage.
  • To qualify:
    • Item must be unused  in original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • You must provide a video of the parcel being unboxed to verify the issue.

Returns – Damage During Shipping

  • Inspect your order upon arrival
  • If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a video of the unboxing.
  • We will evaluate and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom items (special orders, personalized products)
  • Sale items

Refunds

  • If a return is approved, we’ll notify you once received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If 15 business days have passed without a refund, contact us at thepasteljade@gmail.com
